WrenchReady ("we," "us," or "the app") is an industrial maintenance helper that provides troubleshooting guides, lessons, practice tests, job tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reference tools for technicians. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your information. Your personal content (notes, jobs, schedules) is private to your account and is not shared with other users. We may share limited data with service providers that host the app's backend, authentication, file storage, and push delivery — only as needed to operate the service — and with authorities where required by law.
Your content remains stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual notes, jobs, or schedules at any time from within the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the in-app account settings; deletion is irreversible.
With your permission, the app may send push notifications for maintenance reminders, job status changes, and new content. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authenticated access to your account and per-user isolation of your personal content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app is intended for professional technicians and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data through the app, or by requesting account deletion in the account settings. You may also contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
